We’re looking for a senior strategic salesperson who can help us kick off new business opportunities and take our company to the next level — someone who knows how to open doors to new partnerships.
This could be an experienced Business Development Manager or Delivery Manager with a strong commercial mindset – what matters most is that you:
have C-level contacts (CIO, COO, CFO, Innovation / Digital Heads) and can bring in new opportunities (team deliveries, custom software development, etc.),
can build and maintain strong relationships and manage collaborations in a meaningful, long-term way.
Our goal is to create long-lasting partnerships that will enable us to grow and build new teams. International connections are a big plus. 🌍
What You’ll Do:
You’ll have full ownership of the end-to-end business process – from initiating contact, negotiating cooperation, to maintaining long-term relationships.
You’ll work closely with company leadership to shape our business strategy.
You’ll be co-responsible for preparing business offers and managing contracts.
You’ll fulfill business projects in collaboration with your colleagues. 🤝
We’d like to meet in person 1–2× a week at our office in Vinohrady (Náměstí Míru). 📍
Communication will be primarily in Czech, but you’ll also use English. 🇨🇿🇬🇧
