We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our internal team working on a talent platform product. You can expect a mix of analytical work and hands-on testing, covering both manual and automated approaches.
🛒 The Product:
Our core product is a talent platform with a mission to get people moving within large organizations — matching open roles/projects with employees who are looking for new challenges. It's a team-focused app that people use daily at work, so all notifications and project browsing happen right there.
Responsibilities include:
- Review product requirements and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans.
- Identify, record and track bugs.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to quickly isolate and report issues.
- Run various testing types: Functional, GUI, Performance, API, DB. etc.
Position Requirements:
- 4 + years’ experience in Web Application Testing, SaaS Product.
- Experience in writing and executing test plans from Product requirements.
- Proven strong background in QA methodologies and tools - Web protocols, Databases & Cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development methodology.
- Experience in using automated test tools and scripts.
- Good interpersonal skills – a team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Independent, highly motivated, responsible, and accountable person.
- High level of English language.
Advantages:
- Experience working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MY-SQL, MSSQL)
- Experience with Python, JS, Testim.io, Playwright
- Familiarity with Jira and Xray
- Experience using Gen-AI tools to accelerate work
